A local Houstonian, Rabeea Collier, earned a Doctor of Law degree from Texas Southern University—Thurgood Marshall School of Law, and has been beneficiary of a few honors.

She has been a long-term Democrat.

Her LinkedIn account says Rabeea Sultan Collier had been granted the Attorney Rising Star Award by Super Lawyers for six progressive years.
