The information was revealed at a bond hearing for three of the six men accused in connection with the shooting in Dadeville on April 15.

A primary agent with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, Jesse Thorton, testified in front of a judge on Tuesday that 89 shot casings from seven different guns were found at the site.

“Numerous shell cases. Blood all over,” Mr. Thornton remarked in court.

He declared, “I’ve never seen anything of this size.
Tyreese McCullough, 17, and Travis McCullough, 16, as well as Wilson LaMar Hill Jr., 20, and cousins Johnny Letron Brown, 20, and Willie George Brown Jr., 19, have all been detained by police in relation to the incident.

A second 15-year-old has also been detained, however, due to his young age, authorities have withheld his name. There are four counts of reckless murder against each suspect.

Additionally, Mr. Thornton stated that it was “odd” that when police got to the scene, they discovered a gun on Mr. Holston’s chest.

Mr. Thornton remarked, “It was almost like it was placed there.”

A reason for the shooting has not been disclosed by police or investigators.

If proven guilty, the suspects could spend up to 10 years in prison.
